Circa 1830s English penwork box, Regency to George IV. Sarcophagus form; decorated with a large Asiatic panel with floral sides & borders. Replaced lion mask ring handles. Lacks interior jewelry tray & ball feet. Scuffs typical of this delicate form of decoration. 8 7/8" x 6.5" x 4 1/8" h.
