This is a pair of antique tobacco keepers. An English, copper and brass lidded jar by Harrods, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1880. Beautifully presented keepers from London's famous department store Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order Quality copper with warm peach hues and minimal tarnishing Strikingly polished finish with high reflectivity Sealing tightly, each lid finished with a circular loop pull Tinned interior presents a lightly aged, clean appearance Engraved with number 3 and 6 respectively, both with mark for Harrods Ld Raised upon a short brass foot with delicately turned circumference This is a striking pair of antique tobacco keepers, with wonderful colour and a bright, quality appearance.
