About the Item
The highly figured domed case exhibiting a fine warm patina overall and opening to an interior housing twin tea canisters with confirming hinged lids and retaining its original functioning lock mechanism. This very handsome caddy is also accompanied by a matching pair of silver plated caddy spoons in the 'Old English' pattern, that would appear to be of the same period.
The brass escutcheon is presently absent but will be replaced at point of purchase.
