Meissen Porcelain Candelabras antique German porcelain - a pair Each with 4 lights and 2 figures, emblematic of the four seasons. The candelabras are made in the blue and white union pattern Very elaborated with cherubs and loads delicated applied flowers and fruits The candelabras can be converted to candlesticks double usage Origin Germany, Meissen To be dated 1850-1860 Condition Good minor restauration not visible with the bare eye Literature Das blau des konigs page 242 The book isn't included in the sale Since its founding in 1710 by August the Strong, Elector of Saxony, King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, the Meissen porcelain manufactory has stood for the highest-quality porcelain and the utmost workmanship.
