A large vintage anthroposophical carved walnut wood candelabrum attributed to the Rudolf Steiner workshop in Dornach circa 1940s. A magnificent piece of craftsmanship with a distinct anthroposophical flair. The candelabra has has brass mountings on top and the detailed carved surface giving the candelabrum a sense of organic, flowing movement. Rudolf Steiner was a renowned philosopher, educator, and artist who founded the anthroposophical movement. As an artist, Steiner was known for his carved wooden sculptures, which were often inspired by the principles of anthroposophy and the natural world.
