Fourmosa Credenza

About the Item

The Fourmosa credenza is an object of splendid craftsmanship without pre-defined measurements. It is composed of four elements, each with its own functionality and aesthetics; the component pieces can exist on their own or be combined at will. Indeed, the trapezoid used here is in itself almost an invitation to keep going, to repeat. Starting from a single element, the sideboard can be extended ad infinitum to create a highly personalized composition in which sophisticated design is accentuated by meticulously crafted finishings. Case in point are the brass handles, perfectly calibrated to the size of the piece and designed as if they had been pencil-sketched in a single masterful line. This stylistic choice encompasses the heart of the philosophy animating this credenza, a piece of furniture that embodies technical expertise and artistic flair in every detail.

  • Contemporary European Block & Pearl Candlestick In Green by Margit Wittig
    By Margit Wittig
    Located in London, GB
Margit Wittig has used her sculptural skills to create beautifully-crafted, well-proportioned candlesticks, which are compositions of her unique signature pearl and block shaped designs. Each candlestick begins as hand-sculpted components which are used to create moulds in different sizes. These highly original, eye-catching candlesticks come in different sizes depending on the number of blocks. The candlesticks are cast in bio-resin with 30% recycled components and Jesmonite mixed with pigment at the start of the process, to ensure color consistency. Some of the candlesticks are subtly finished with hand painted gold patina to reflect the shimmer of the candle. Each one is made with a solid brass drip catcher and can be cast in a variety of colors. Working from her studio in London, as well as candlesticks, Margit creates artistic lighting...
