A German Art Deco Brass Menorah
About the Item
The German brass menorah displayed is an exemplary sample of the Art Deco age, with its cylindrical and defined structural shapes and craftsmanship.
Menorah stands on a flat base with arched split pipes formed from its base on either side.
Three rectangular stems rise from its base the taller center stem ascending to support the circular servant lamp protruding in front and a platform applied with eight similar cups.
Each cup has a square cylindrical stem applied to the underside of the upper platform corresponding to each of the upper cups.
A ball-shaped finial is applied to the center of the upper solid platform with a Star of David applied to its tip.
