Mathew Bolton Antique Sheffield Silver Plated 3 Branch Convertible Candelabras

About the Item

Dating from the mid-19th century, this pair of silver plated candelabras were made by the renowned silversmith, Mathew Bolton of Sheffield England. As presented in the photos, this set is convertible from impressive three branch candelabras to single candlesticks. The pair is done in a period Georgian style and clearly signed with the Mathew Bolton maker's marks on the base of the candlesticks, the underside of the candelabras and the inside base of each bobeche as identified in the photos.
