About the Item
Two five-light candelabra, wooden, gilded and lacquered
Spectacular pair of large 5-light candelabra, wooden completely hand carved and gilded.
The wood is lacquered, carved and gilded with gold leaf.
The fluted conical shaped stem, rests on a carved base, from which five arms depart, carved with scrolls of acanthus leaves.
They are in excellent general condition, intact.
They come from the furniture of a Venetian church (Venice).
Period: first years of 1800
Of high quality and workmanship, optimal for an exclusive and noble furniture.
The gilding is still very vivid and bright.
