French 19th Century Clock Set with Roman Centurion and Candelabra

About the Item

A good quality 19th century French gilded ormolu and green marble clock garniture. Having a pair of four branch candelabra with classical busts to the centre. The clock with a classical bust on top and a centurion standing to the side, raised on a green marble base. The movement being an eight day duration and chimes on the half hour and hour. Makers name; J.G.Girod.
