A beautiful Early 18th Century bracket clock with original red lacquer chinoiserie decoration by James Geddes 1728-1755 of Edinburgh Originally with Verge escapement converted to anchor escapement in the Victorian times. Runs beautifully and has been fully restored movement has been processionally cleaned and polished. Original silver Dial untouched

Beautiful untouched red lacquer chinoiserie decoration which is very rare.
