About the Item
An insanely spectacular postmodern wall clock designed by Shohei Mihara in the 1980s and produced by Wakita and Canetti. Capturing the best of Memphis Milano's influence on 1980s design, this clock has a round face, geometric accents, a fantastic palette of colors, and the best hands you've ever seen on a clock! Constructed from layers of enameled metal separated by rubber spacers to create a striking three dimensionality.
In good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use, including very mild bend to metal on one edge. (See photos.) Takes a single AA battery and signed on the back “Wakita Paradise Quartz Made in Japan Design S. Mihara.” Marked "Canetti" on front.
