About the Item
Early 19th Century Exquisite Brass Bound Hand Crafted Mahogany Writing Slope Burgundy Red Tooled Leather, Two Glass Brass Topped Inkwells & Two Original Keys.
The top and front have been decorated with brass inlay and brass reinforced edges and corners, and has brass flush carry handles.
Inside the slope there is a pull out drawer and under tooled leather has a fitted interior one side and an empty section, with a place to keep letters on the underside of door.
Made by Esteemed Maker with Royal Warrant "Tompson", brass internal lock has the George insignia so made between
