Art Deco Sterling Silver Inkwell by John & William Deakin

Art Deco sterling silver inkwell by John & William Deakin of Chester, England, circa 1921. The inkwell has a single back hinge to open the lid and a saucer cap as well as the original glass liner. Fine condition and rich patina.

    Wear consistent with age and use. There is a small dent on the bottom edge of the well. There may be a small dent on the top of the cap; it is indented, but I am not sure if it is a ding or how the well was designed.
