A very fine and opposing bronze sculpture of a Pheasant by Léon Bureau (1866-1906), the life-size figure with fine pen drawing, gold patinated bronze on floral terrain base, signed in the casting, stamp of ''Société des Bronzes de Paris''.

Sculptor, born in Limoges on September 17, 1866 died in the same city on May 26, 1906. French School, student of the school of Fine arts workshop Falguière.
