About the Item
Juan Clara was a noted Spanish sculptor who specialized in small children having difficulty with chairs. That's pretty much all he did. This is very large piece for him and is a very rare one. It is signed, "Juan Clara" and has the Goldscheider foundry mark. Very rich patina and lively subject make for a very eye-appealing sculpture.
