About the Item
We delighted to offer for sale this lovely and very rare bronze head of a Russian Priest with a paper label from the very famous James Bourlet & Son's LTD
This head is beautifully sculpted, its so tactile, you can feel the artist's hands in every line, the expression is so serene
The piece isn't signed which isn't uncommon, its slightly larger than life-size although some Russians are quite big and it could be taken from a life cast
