1920 Head Bronze Sculpture by Erik Cohort

About the Item

1920 head by Erik Cohort bronze sculpture a marble base (lost wax casting by Meroni and Radice foundry France). Erik Cohrt (Denmark, 1902-70) studied at the Academy Reale in Rome, lived in Algiers for many years and is known for his sandstone sculptures in the Copenhagen Zoo. As a sculptor, Cohrt worked in bronze, clay, wood and plaster.
