A wonderful 19th century life-size cold painted bronzed statue of a young Japanese girl dressed in a traditional Kimono, standing on a carved hardwood stand, after 'Louis Hottot' HOTTOT, LOUIS (FRENCH, 1829-1905) Louis Hottot (1829-1905) was a 19th century French sculptor, who specialised producing in Orientalist scenes and figures. Most of Hottot’s works were cast in spelter and were exhibited at the Paris Salon from 1885 until 1898. Measures: Total height 197cm Stand 38cm high.
