About the Item
Signed KEREMYI on the back of the plinth.
Some patina abrasions are noticeable in the back area.
The white Carrera marble base obviously is a later replacement.

Jeno Kerényi (Hungarian, 1908 – 1975) was an important sculptor and a winner of many international awards. He was graduated Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts under professorship of the famous sculptor and architect, Jeno Bory.
