A Mid-Century Modern life size hand-made sculpture of a motorcycle of woven rattan, willow, reed and wood. This work is attributed to the Tom Dixon, this model was reportedly used as display models used in Habitat stores in the 1980s.
Spectacular details throughout on handlebars, wheels, gas tank, exhaust, seat, wear and minor losses as shown in photos, presents beautifully.
Overall measurements:
43-inch high x 60-inch wide x 28-inch deep (Handlebars).
Seat height 26-inch, general width of rattan motorcycele sculpture 20-inch deep.
Condition Report:
Overall very good vintage condition, a work of this age, size and intricacy there are general losses and structural damages, it presents well and ready for use as display/ art/ sculpture.
