About the Item
A very rare and whimsical pair of cold painted Vienna bronze Kewpies. We have sold many Vienna bronzes in our over 40 years of dealing in them, but we must say, these are very unusual and rare. Part of what makes great Vienna bronzes is the cold painting, as it brings them to life, and that is certainly present here. Nicely mounted on green onyx bases, and in remarkably fine condition.
