Pair of Young Women Storage Compartments in Bronze Dated 1911 Jean Baffier
About the Item
Bronze and pewter dated 1911 empty pocket Jean Baffier recognized for his work on the Berrichonne peasantry. This pair of empty pocket (differences in the caps and the bases) is dedicated to its patron Angelo Mariani Corsican industrialist of the end of the XIXth century known for his Mariani wines made from a mixture of Bordeaux wines, and ... coca leaves. Dimension height 35 cm for a width of 22 cm and a depth of 16 cm. This pair of sculptures is part of a large table centerpiece of 65 pieces on nature and men, many of which are in the Berry Museum.
