Red Amethyst Geode with Sugar Coated Red Amethyst Druzy, Rare Mineral
About the Item
Truly stunning and unique, this Red Amethyst Geode is a natural marvel, it brings a vibrant hue of red that covers the entire geode and creates a mesmerizing display piece as it combines sparkling sugar-coated druzy, green jasper and fabulous natural aesthetics. One of the largest, most beautiful Red Amethyst geodes ever discovered, it is truly a rare and remarkable find that can be displayed in your collection, or become the centerpiece of your decor space.
The main attraction of this geode is the Red Sugar Druzy, which creates a sparkling and shimmering effect, adding a rare and eye-catching characteristic to the specimen. The sugar druzy covers the geode from top to bottom, exhibiting a range of hues from light tones of rose to deep tones of red. The red coloration adds depth and intensity, making it stand out from every other geode.
Large, red, botryoidal spheres can be seen throughout the geode, and they are impressive enough to be displayed on their own in a collection. Additionally, these spheres are beautifully adorned with a layer of red druzy, creating a visual reminiscent of a natural landscape within the geode.
Impressive in size, the geode stands at almost 27 inches tall and weighs 96 lbs! We worked together with the lapidary to keep it as natural as possible. The specimen was minimally polished to highlight its beauty, showcasing the many formations it brings, as well as the rare green jasper on its back.
Red Amethysts are a rare occurrence, very few areas in the world produce this kind of crystal, and seeing a large specimen with beautiful aesthetics like this one is a once-in-a-lifetime event. All the color seen in this geode is totally natural and comes from iron (hematite) which was present at the moment the quartz was crystallized.
Don't miss the lifetime opportunity to own this rare stunning Red Amethyst Geode. Please take your time to explore the pictures and feel free to message us in case you have any questions or particular requests.
