About the Item
Our Bubbly Collection strengthens the poetic relationship between digital design and hand craft. Through the process of generative design, The form of the Bubbly Collection is grown similarly to Cacti in nature, through a fractal form. The unique volume has three openings of different shapes to hold multiple cacti.
This stoneware Planter has a satin finish which allows its bubbly form to show beautifully as it interacts with the plants and lights at your home.
These digitally designed objects are modeled on the computer and handmade by artisans in Lima, Peru. This, pushes our studio vision of merge the digital design of our generation with the handcrafting techniques of local artisans.

Forma Rosa Studio
Forma Rosa Studio is a Design Studio, based in Brooklyn New York, co-founded by Maria Teresa Castillo and Santiago Braby Brown. The studio focuses on the digital design and sourcing of limited edition, hand crafted objects for you and your home. These functional artworks draw heavily on natural phenomena, as the studio co-founders find inspiration in the environments that they grew up in; Lima, Peru and Bellingham, WA, together with their digital design training in New York City. Both creatives, with training in Architecture and Industrial Design, find inspiration in the development of new relationships between the digital design of our generation together with artisan craft. They push the unexpected clash between these concepts to sculpt new ways for them to create form, tactile sensations, and to find a newfound intimacy to their objects. Forma Rosa Studio.
