19th Century French Painted Tole Covered Urn Pair
About the Item
This very handsome pair of French toleware lidded urns, in a deep red color with gold gilt accents, feature lion head handles on either side and artichoke finials atop the lids. Each urn is intricately hand painted with a different scene of architectural ruins. Nice size for a mantle, sideboard or wall brackets. Round bases measure 5 inches across.
