Antonio da Ros for Cenedese Vintage Grey & Blue Murano Glass Bowl or Ashtray

About the Item

Single midcentury, vintage 'Opalino' Murano glass bowl designed by Antonio da Ros (1936-2012) for Cenedese, circa 1970-1990. Wonderful translucent color of 'smoked mushroom' gray (grey) with a secondary layer of blue glass. Simplistic yet elegant form - almost futuristic. A very beautiful small bowl - perfect for serving nuts and snacks or could be used as an ashtray or a bowl for rings and other jewelry. Bowls measure approximately 5.2cm tall by 11.4cm in diameter.
