Cenedese Murano Scavo Glass Vase

About the Item

A large murano scavo glass vase by Gino Cenedese with oval form and swirl indentation. Beautiful aqua, or seafoam green color and rough texture. Scavo is a technique used to create an effect similar to weathering, imitating glass from an archeological excavation. Engraved signature to underside: Cenedese. Circa 1970s. Dimensions: 12"H x 9"W x 6"D
