Dyce Ukrainian Ceramic Trypillian Bud Vase Signed Art Pottery

Dyce Ukrainian ceramic handmade bud vase is decorated with Trypillian design in black and white on red clay background. The term "Trypillian" takes its name from the site of an ancient mega-settlement, dating to 4300–4000 BCE, of Neolithic people who lived in what is now an area of Ukraine. The most typical object found in the remains of Trypillian villages is advanced, well-developed handmade pottery. It serves as a source of inspiration to a modern artisans and designers.
