About the Item
Beautiful extra large West German pottery floor vase created by house designer Bodo Mans featuring the very rare ¨Pharaon Decor¨ in a green forest hue glaze. Hand-produced in West Germany circa the 1960s.
Coded and marked Bay, form 942 - 45. The first part of the code, 942, refers to the vase form, which could be made in different sizes, decors and glazings. The second part, 45, refers to the size in centimeters.
A very elegant piece, ideal for displaying large branches or as a stick or umbrella stand. Very beautiful in the hand.
