Extra large fat lava art vase. Measures: 48cm Model: 428 48 Vienna Producer: Scheurich, Germany Decade: 1970s         This original vintage vase was produced in the 1970s in Germany. It is made of ceramic pottery in fat lava optic. Super rare in this coloration and extra large size. The bottom is marked with made in West Germany and the vase series number. Straight forward and minimalistic design of the 1970s design era. This item is a wonderful addition to every modern home. Dimensions: Height 48 cm Diameter 25 cm Condition: This item is in a very good vintage condition without any damages with patina.

    This vase 203-18 was produced in the 1970s in West Germany by the Scheurich. This vase was made of ceramics in the fat lava technique. Shiny purple red and expressive brown show the object a rare character. Scheurich always used white clay, the color of which is visible on the bottom edge of the vase. This piece is signed W.GERMANY and the number indicating the model and height of the vase. It also has an original label with the name of the company. The Scheurich company was founded in 1928 by Scheuri cousins, but it was not until 1948 that it began producing home ceramics.
