apanese Shakudo bronze vase, Art Nouveau. From Nogawa workshop, seal marked at the bottom approx. 1890. With pheasant on branch and flowers, inlaid with silver enamel and 24 carat gold. Beautiful and decoratively made in fine craftsmanship quality. Signature from artist on the side. Meiji period 1852 - 1912.
