Loetz Type Art Glass Changeant ‘Silberband’ Vase by Otto Thamm for Fritz Heckert

About the Item

A very large gold and orange iridescent Art Nouveau art glass vase designed by Otto Thamm for the Fritz Heckert Glass Manufactory. Prior to 2014, this pattern was thought to be silberband by Kralik. Thanks to scholarship by Volkmar Schordt, we know can identify this shape and pattern as changeant by Fritz Heckert. Measures: Height ca. 14 1/2 in.
