A fine antique Mid-Century Modern art glass vase.
Attributed to Geoffrey Baxter for Whitefriars.
Baxter joined Whitefriars in 1954 and became well known for his design of textured vases, such as this one and "Drunken Bricklayer".
The vase's exterior has the texture of tree bark.
Simply a great Organic Modern glass vase!
