Mobach Dutch Ceramic Vase, circa 1930s
About the Item
Rare and early handmade Dutch ceramic ovoid vase by Mobach circa late 1931. Incredible gradations of speckled color from a soft light green glaze, to various shades of maroons which is called a Bouke Mobach. It's a glaze with iron oxides in a reduced fire, sometimes with copper. Super vase of this time period. Signed Mobach Utrecht.
