Vintage Chinese Realgar Peking Glass Baluster Vase
About the Item
A fine Chinese Peking glass vase.
Crafted to imitate realgar (雄黃), a mineral widely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
With a polished pontil to the base.
Simply a beautiful vintage Chinese glass vase!

Overall Condition:
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
Condition Details:
There is what appears to be a wheel polished clamshell shaped chip in the foot (which was likely polished out during production). Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
