WMF German Art Deco Myra Kristall Blue Iridescent Art Glass Vase
About the Item
A very fine German Art Deco Myra Kristall blue iridescent art glass vase made by WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik) and dating from around 1930. The vase stands on a narrow rounded foot and has a squat rounded base with a tall trumpet shaped flaring neck. The body of the vase is decorated in a rich iridescent oily finish with tones of red, blue, green and yellow. The vase has a polished slightly recessed base and retains part of its original paper label.
In good condition with minor wear associated with age and use.
