Antique Pair of Silver Plated & Etched Glass Claret Jugs, or Sherry Decanters
About the Item
This antique sherry stand is unsigned, but presumed to have originated from England and date to approximately 1920 and done in an Edwardian style. The stand and lids and handles are done in silver plate, with elaborately etched glass bottles or decanters. The claret jugs stand firmly in the fitted stand and the stand is finished with bun feet. Please note that one decanter has a damaged pedestal base, but stands independently as intended.
