Antique Sterling Silver Thimble Shot Glass Jigger Art Nouveau

About the Item

A sterling silver 'thimble' jigger shot glass, Art Nouveau period, by E.G. Webster & Sons, circa late-19th century, USA. Piece, in the shape of the thimble, and of the Art Nouveau period, with engraving, a play on the expression, ‘Just a Thimble Full,’ the jigger is modeled on an oversized sewing thimble, with tiny, hammered design below inscription. A great antique piece for any bar, bartender, mixologist's, etc., bar tool for measuring out liquor when mixing cocktails. Makers' mark on bottom as shown in last image. 'Webster', 'Sterling'.
