About the Item
This Arthur Court style ice bucket definitely takes on an exotic, Hollywood-Regency flair with its polished brass, elephant head lid. The lid is stamped Hong Kong on the interior (see photo image # 7). The Lucite ice bucket is in two sections with a removable container for the ice or one could put ice in the lower section and use the upper to hold a bottle of champagne or wine.
We have used Arthur Court as a reference but, this piece I'm certain was produced by a much finer firm as the casting of the elephants head is detailed with such refinement.
