English Minton Pink & Gold Porcelain Coffee Espresso Cup & Saucer, 19th century
About the Item
A very beautiful and rare antique English pink and gold porcelain coffee espresso cup and saucer made by Minton expressly for Gilman Collamore & Co., New York, circa late 19th-century, England. The pink and gold hues over white porcelain make a beautiful combination along with the attention to detail of handle shape, cup and saucer decoration. Gilman Collamore & Co. was a high-end importer of porcelain, located, 5th Avenue, New York, New York. With makers' marks' (Minton, Gilman Collamore & Co.) on underside of both cup and saucer as shown in last two images. Piece could also make a nice gift.
