Murano Green Gold Flecks Italian Art Glass Midcentury Decanter Lidded Candy Jar
About the Item
Gorgeous, and very tall, vintage Murano hand blown apple green with gold flecks Italian art glass tall decanter / candy jar. It has a soft ribbed surface on the body, and more pronounced on the lid, and applied foot. The lid and base are covered in gold leaf. It also has an intact "Venetian Glass - Balboa - handmade In Italy" label, and a small yellow "Made In Italy" label. Created in the manner of the Salviati, and Barovier & Toso companies. Would make a great display piece on any table, dresser or mantle. Mid-century era. Measures: 19 1/2" tall.

It also has an original "Made In Italy" item number label underneath (folded). The alternating ribbon design creates a unique swirling pattern throughout the piece. You can feel each line on the shade, since it is not covered in clear glass. Very elegant shape. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table.
