Porcelain Desert Palm Serving Set with Ladle Spoon

About the Item

A beautiful Japanese porcelain hand-painted small serving set, circa early-20th century, Japan. Set includes bowl with ball feet, plate and ladle spoon. All hand painted with desert palm scene. Plate and bowl can be used separately or together as an underplate for gravy/sauce, etc. Marked on bottom "Japan", "hand painted" as shown in images #11 and 12. Japan is known for its fine porcelain. Colors include: yellow, orange, black, brown, gray and gold detail. Dimensions: Spoon/ladle: 1.94" W x 4.5" L Bowl: 2.38" height x 4.5" diameter Plate/underplate: .63" height x 5.57" diameter.
