About the Item
This American modern craftsmen Sapele butcher block is a top-quality unit by Fletching Interiors of California. It features striking a new design and look from the old idea of just having a rectangle. This unit was intended to break the mold and think of style first and functionality second. On the cutting block size, smaller finer meats would have to be prepared once butchered from the bulk and prepared right next to the grill. It also opens up the door to serve straight off the grill with this new design, just remove from grill and place on block. Watch as the flavours drip into the moat or just fill your moat with desired sauce and dip as you cut and eat or serve. This piece is entirely made from the love of shapes and the freedom to create at will. Finished with a durable food grade wood finish offering an outstanding protective finish that is resistant to moisture, stains and most solvents. The piece is in excellent condition and a real beauty!
