Islamic Persian copper fruit platter, Late 19th century. An exquisite Persian copper fruit bowl intricately adorned with floral and geometrical patterns around its complete body. The fruit bowl features imagery from Persian life depicting gatherings, village life and spiritual scenes. This magnificent fruit bowl was used as a centrepiece in gatherings with its multiple levels brimmed with fruit and dry fruit. Dimensions – Height: 35 inches , Width: 17 inches.
