This is a large sterling silver Georg Jensen compote, design #252 by Johan Rohde from circa 1918 and known as the “Princess” bowl. Classic Johan Rohde design with openwork stem decorated with leaves, berries and scrolls. Additional information: Material: Sterling silver Styles: Art Nouveau Hallmarks: Vintage Georg Jensen hallmarks from 1945-1977 Dimensions: Measures 9″ in height, the bowl has a 10″ diameter (23cm, 25.6cm).
