A Set of Ten English Armorial Plates-Lovett Family.
About the Item
The plates were made for the Lovett family. They are in a style originally made in 1735-40 in Chinese Export Porcelain with an octagonal silver form , the central well with famille rose depictions of exotic birds and rockwork and the coat of arms and crest on the border. The coat of arms are Argent three wolves passant in pale sable while the crest is A wolf passant proper.
