Unique antique Goblet from the first half of the 19th century, A clear bell-shaped goblet on a leg, Facet-cut with a central medallion containing an artistic engraving, The Descent from the Cross. It is taken down by Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus, And on the left stands the grieving Mary Magdalene, A kneeling man receives the body, On the right side under the medallion is the signature D.B. It is probably about ( Dominik Biemann (April 1, 1800 Nový Svet – September 29, 1857 Cheb ) was a Czech glass engraver , of the Biedermeier period, who overshadowed his contemporaries with extraordinary artistic talent and craftsmanship. ) This is an exceptional work of art by Czech glass masters. A very beautiful collector's piece for lovers of antique art. The piece is in perfect order without damage, the condition corresponds to its age.This piece comes from a private collection height 27,5cm diameter 12 cm
