Victorian Green & Clear Glass Peacock Eye Trails / Cairngorm Bowl

About the Item

A beautiful Victorian clear glass machine threaded bowl with applied green 'peacock eye trails' decoration, the design is also known as 'Cairngorm'. Designs such as this were produced by several factories from England, most notably Stuart & Sons, but also Stevens & Williams, Thomas Webb and Richardson. Bohemian/Czech maker Harrach are also known to have made some similar glassware. Ground and polished pontil mark to base. Please note: the plastic stand is for display purposes only and is not included.
