This is a superb, heavy antique jam pan. An English, brass preserve cooking pot, dating to the late Georgian period, circa 1800. Wonderfully weathered pan with a reassuring weight of 6.74kg (14.85lb) Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order Heavy brass shows an appealing tarnish and dark golden tones Tall iron loop handle, fixed and bound with rivets to the body Lighter golden tones to the attractive polished interior This is a delightful antique jam pan, with pleasing patination and as useful today as it was over 200 years ago. Delivered polished and ready for the kitchen or display. Dimensions: Max width: 35cm (13.75'') Max depth: 33.5cm (13.25'') Max height: 37cm (14.5'').
